Rajarshi Janak University (RJU) is pleased to announce the First Convocation Ceremony for students who have successfully completed their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees by Chaitra 15, 2081 and have obtained their transcript.
Application Process:
✅ The application form can be filled Offline/Online from.
✅ Apply online via convocation.rju.edu.np.
❌ Deadline: The online application will be closed after Chaitra 16, 2081.
Required Documents:
- Machine Readable Passport (MRP) along with the application form.
- Two passport-size photos.
- Citizenship Certificate (Scanned Copy).
- Scanned PDF of the Transcript (Mandatory).
- Parents’ Admission: Up to two parents can attend the ceremony. If a parent is transferred, an additional Rs. 300 per parent (non-refundable) will be charged.
Gown and Scarf Return Policy:
- Gowns and scarves must be returned within 7 days after the convocation.
- A maintenance charge will be deducted from the deposit if not returned in good condition.
