Who is eligible to participate in the RJU First Convocation?
Students who have passed undergraduate or postgraduate levels as per the semester examination system by Chaitra 15, 2081, and have taken their transcript are eligible to apply.
How can I apply for the convocation?
You can fill out the application form online or offline from 22nd January 2081. The online application can be completed via the RJU Convocation portal: convocation.rju.edu.np. The deadline for submission is Chaitra 16, 2081.
What documents are required for the application?
You must submit:
Scanned copy of your passing transcript (PDF format)
MRP (Machine Readable Passport) along with the application form
Two passport-size photos,
Citizenship certificate
What are the fees for attending the convocation?
Master’s Degree: Rs. 1,500
The Convocation & Certificate Fees are:
Graduate: Rs. 7,000
Master’s Degree: Rs. 8,000
The Gown/Scarf Bond Deposit (refundable) is:
Graduate: Rs. 1,000
